Martha joined Vista in January of 2025, as Director of Compliance. In this role, Martha oversees compliance for the company. She has over 16 years in the affordable housing industry and has been pivotal in ensuring the financial success, regulatory compliance, and stability of numerous properties. Her comprehensive knowledge of HUD, LIHTC and Mixed Financing program guidelines has been instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the quality of affordable housing.

Martha is committed to handling compliance with integrity and efficiency. By closely monitoring regulatory changes, conducting thorough audits, and implementing protocols and best practices to ensure operations remain compliant and our properties continue to meet and exceed all necessary standards.

When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also enjoys being a mentor at a local addiction recovery facility for women.
