Charkivia "Chari" Hatcher started with Vista in 2020 as a Community Manager on a rehab/new construction project and was promoted to Regional Manager in February 2025. She has over 15 years of property management experience and is well versed in all aspects of lease-ups, marketing, inspections, HUD and LIHTC compliance.

Prior to joining the Vista team, she worked with various types of housing programs, including public housing, conventional, low-income tax credit, and project-based communities. Chari has obtained her Certified Professional of Occupancy, Housing Credit Certified Professional and Specialist in Housing Credit Management certifications.
